ARUBA~A PLAYGROUND FOR ALL

By Alexa Wilberton

As we get older work of any kind whether it’s at home or in an office becomes our regular routine where the term “PLAY” is a distant memory. Do you remember when you were a kid and the only thing on your mind was what snack your mom packed in your lunchbox, Dunk-A-Roos or a Pudding SnackPack, or who was going to be “IT” during recess or when the final bell at school rang and everyone raced to the playground full of pure joy and excitement? Would you believe me if I told you there is actually a place where you can feel that same rush of happiness just like the one you felt when you were a kid? Well there is! Casinos are great for this and you can even gamble online. There are plenty of reviews to help you decide where to go too for example this Leovegas casino review.

This past week I had the pleasure of attending a press trip via The MOMS to the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino As an added bonus I had the opportunity to bring my mom along with me to this spectacular island and let me tell you from experience that they are not kidding when they refer to Aruba as “One Happy Island” and a playground for all ages.

Just like a playground, the island of Aruba specifically the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino has so much to offer to anyone of any age that comes for a visit. Guests can lounge by the pool, take a stroll along the beach, go shopping at the Aruba Marriott Ocean Club or treat themselves to the Mandara Spa.

Hungry? Guests can grab a bite at Ketsu, Great Room, and La Vista, which are all great dining locations located within the resort. During your stay at the Marriott Aruba Resort & Stellaris Casino I highly suggest ordering Keshi Yena, a native dish that is to die for! If you fall in love with this dish, like myself you can request to have a private cooking lesson with one of the resort’s talented chef’s that will personally teach you how to make this delectable dish at home!

What’s the first thing you do before you get to playground and have an afternoon filled with fun and games? Find your friends and fuel up! Upon our arrival to the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino we were welcomed with open arms and genuine smiles by the resort’s staff and enjoyed a lovely dinner on the beach with our toes in the sand dinning on a fabulous dinner as we watched the sunset at Simply Fish. The casino experinece was unlike anything we had ever experienced before. Normally, we just gamble at the best online casinos according to this New Jersey page, but we couldn’t resist splashing a bit of cash here either!

Once you’ve fueled up and found your friends what’s the next thing you do? Explore! The next morning we hopped on a Jeep Safari Tour via the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino and explored the entire island of Aruba. During our playground exploration of the island we visited the Donkey Sanctuary,

and Baby Beach, the locals favorite spot where the water is shallow and safe enough for the little ones to swim in, and might I add the water has loveliest shades of blue you will ever put your eyes on.

MOM Giving Beach Tennis A Try

Once you have a feel for the playground it’s PLAYTIME! The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino has a million activities that you can take part in. My mom and I had the opportunity to try out Beach Tennis,

Aruba’s signature sport, on Moomba beach where we were taught by an island pro. We then headed over to Vela Surf Center where we took a windsurfing lesson, which is a lot harder than it looks! The staff at both locations were so encouraging and wanted nothing more than to see their guests to succeed!

After a long afternoon at the Playground you better believe your tummies will be rumbling for a bite to eat! We headed to the West Deck, which sits right on the water at the new Linear Park of Aruba. Whatever the plan is, sharing plates or choosing your own entrees, having drinks or only dessert, lunch or dinner, The West Deck is the perfect place to find what the island life of Aruba is all about. If your looking for the perfect breakfast spot head to Linda’s for some traditional Dutch pancakes!

A trip to the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, is a must! My mom can vouch for me when I say it truly is a playground for all and in actuality what are playgrounds for but a place to make memories with some of your favorite people, we can’t wait to go back!
